I’m a theatrical director based in South Carolina.

I earned a Bachelors of Art in Theatre with a concentration in both Musical Theatre and Applied Theatre from North Greenville University in 2023. Throughout my college years, I discovered a love of directing and worked to develop my directorial skills.

Since graduation, I have had the pleasure of working all over Upstate South Carolina and in Hendersonville, North Carolina. I’m willing to travel anywhere for theatre!

As a director, I focus on consent-first practices. I always work to create a safe rehearsal space where actors feel comfortable to be vulnerable and silly. When actors feel safe to fail and allowed to say “no,” they are free to create and explore.

To ensure a cohesive show, my prep always includes a central concept, or spine phrase, to guide the create vision. My goal is always to leave the audience with a meaningful takeaway from each of my productions.

In addition to directing, I teach drama at Crestview Christian Academy Homeschool Cooperative and various drama camps throughout the summer. I also teach harp and perform with my studio, Nightingale Harp Studio.

I live in Spartanburg with my husband, Michael, a poet, lyricist, and composer. Together we have three cats, Freya, Eurydice, and Jove.
