Director’s Note

Since the creation of humanity, we have told stories and built communities. Through sharing stories with each other, our communities bear witness to our pain, our defiance, our triumph, our love, and our hope. Through communities we find love, strengthen hope, and create joy even in the midst or the aftermath of adversity. All Together Now features a small group of people who have come together in community with each other to tell their stories by taking on many different characters. We hope that you see yourself reflected on stage and that like the characters in each of these stories you rise to face the odds. As we reflect on our experiences during and after Hurricane Helene we seek to honor the losses while celebrating how far we have come. May you leave the theater today looking forward to what is yet to come.
