Teaching and Coaching

After having so many teachers and mentors contribute to making me the artist I am today, it has been my mission to give back and be a theatre educator that inspires young people.

I love using short skits from the Drama Notebook. These kid-friendly, easy-to-learn scripts are ideal for shorter class times while still giving the students a space to try on characters and tell stories. I have also helped guide students to improvise their own original story. Improvising their own story gives them an opportunity to exercise their imagination, express themselves freely, and to be silly.
