Dashing through the Snow [2025]

Dashing Through the Snow

Hendersonville Theatre

December 11-21, 2025

Dashing through the Snow is a classic Jones Hope Wooten Southern comedy. After making the audience laugh to tears, it reminds them of the joy of family at Christmastime.

Director’s Note

The Christmas season: a time of holiday cheer, delicious food, lots of to-dos, stress, expectations, and — of course — family. For some that word brings joy and happy memories. For others it causes cold sweats. There’s something about Christmastime that brings out the best and worst in all of us. We seek to create magical memories while trying to not strangle family members.

Despite the chaos, we can’t help but come home for Christmas and hold the ones we love close. Our spouses, our children and parents, even our friends who have become family.

As Dashing through the Snow reminds us, Christmastime showers us in grace and joy that helps endure and ultimately enjoy and connect with family. My Christmas wish for you is that enjoy your family this holiday season. The good, the bad, and the zany. From all of us at the Snowflake Inn, Merry Christmas!
